Is there such thing as an obstacle avoidance sensor retrofit?

I've been looking around for a retrofit kit for the 3 Pro for adding obstacle avoidance like that found on the 4/Pro and Mavic Pro. There was an unsuccesful kickstarter campaign for such a kit, code named eBumper4, which would've used a replacement top shell housing the sensors, and which actually looked quite cool, though it would only have been for the Phantom and Phantom 2 initially. Is there some kind of sensor kit available?

The sensors must the be easy part. There's a thousand options out there, if it's only to get a warning on obstacles or something along those lines. The problem is integrating it to the controlling systems in order to make the drone respond accordingly, in time and in safe manners. That demands not only the integration but also huge processing capability.
