Is there any way to manual tilt the gimbal?

My zenmuse H3-3d is not going properly.The tilt doesn't seem to work, is there anyway I can manually get it to look down rather than horizontal view, which it seems stuck to.

Hi sorry i'm newbie trying to get my head around everything.I had a crash and everything was working fine until I put it all back together.There doesn't seem to be any cables broken etc, and go pro red light comes on when I plug it in, but when I use tilt up/down switch on reciever it does nothing.Is this a problem I can still fix or not?
