Is the H3-3D Anti-interference Reinforcement Board free ?

Hi Everyone
I would like to know if the H3-3D Anti-interference Reinforcement Board for the 1st Batch of Phantom 2 with zenmuse H3-3D (the ones that didn't come with) is free from all Dji dealer ?

More explanation : As I'm going to receive my P2 with H3-3D, but as this is the 1st bacth of these, I think that this board isn't present in the zenmuse box, so I ask to my dealer if he have this in stock right now, and then I would like to know if this board is free or not ?

If you've got a recent H3-3D. The Anti-Interference board is normally in the accessories box.

No I will receive the 1st version of the P2 with H3-3D so it will not be inside the box I think .

It most likely isn't needed. I got the newer version 1.1 & I didn't get one.
