I thought it was upside down. But it get a bit tight the other way when I press down on it to get it to the bottom of the antennas.

Looked at the photo from e-bay. It is fitted upside down, sorted now.

The parabolic feature works in the horizontal plane...that said, there is no upside down. Just fit it either way with the parabolic curve facing your bird and not you.
