Is my LIPO Bunker safe?

I got a little freaked when I read about Lipo batteries, I have 2 DJI batteries for my Phantom. I made this to store them in. Would this prevent a fire? Bottom is solid concrete flate, then normal block with Lipo in each side and then the top piece.

call me paranoid, old school, big dummy, whatever, but i say put an insulator between the batty and ground. i dont like batteries touching earth. car batteries will discharge. dont know if that applies to 'all batteries ever' - but there you go.

There is 4 inches of concrete underneath it, What else should I put?
