Is it worth upgrading my 2.7k for a 4K camera for photography?

Are there any other benefits other than resolution? Noise, sharpness etc?

I think they both take the same resolution photos. The video is obviously more detailed on the 4K. As for me and my use, the 2.7k video is plenty. It seems to take a computer with a very good video card and processor to process and edit 4K video. I may be wrong ....

Thought the resolution is different, hence the 2.7k and 4K?

I think the video is but the megapixels on the photos are the same. (12 megapixel) Earlier today I was on the DJI website and compared the two for features. It said the were both the same megapixel. The sensor in the 4K is better. It is a Sony device.

I'm not even sure if the two wiring harness have the same adapter for each camera. I know I've seen a thread when someone received the wrong one and it did not fit his drone.

If you are interested in shooting stills, there is no advantage in the Pro camera.
The cameras are identical except the 4K version has an extra chip and fan for processing 4K video.
For stills they are the same.
