Hi team,
Feeling a little bit like I've been duped on this one. I had been looking around for a skin/decal for the phantom 2 and ran across some good designs on the dronetuner.com site. Picked one and made payment. Has been a month now and still no response and now site is not responding. Wondering if anyone else has had a similar experience with these guys. Thinking I've just donated to their retirement fund...

I have never heard of the site but since his site is suspended and it is paid till July he must violated the server terms. I can share this info I found that is publicly available on the world wild web -

Call the credit card and let them know and also give them all the info posted above with the sure registar info.

Most credit cards wont have a problem giving you the money back and also if I were you I would file a police report and also gave them the site registar info.

Great point ranger, thanks for that. Sometimes it's just a but to easy to write it off to a dumb mistake but your right other phantom owners could get sucked in if he gets back online. Shame really because his decals were actually quite good and would sell quite well... Its not as if the raw materials are expensive and the design is.... Wait... I've got a great business idea...

Slightly creepy @LuvMyTJ but I guess thats the internet.

If it's worth the time, I would call the number listed there (It might just go to the domain provider), then threaten to call the police for fraud (I wouldnt actually call).

The calling police usually doesn't help but the threat might. You can also notify the states attorney general's office. If they have a business license it could cause an investigation and revocation.

It is not in a state.

Thanks Hughie, yeah it's in Ireland apparently. Have notified bank and they are refunding purchase amount... Winning...
