Iphone? Ipod? Any difference?

Just wondered always use my iphone to fly my vision plus with. After im usually left with not much battery power left for the rest of the day. Partly because of my phone being 2 years old and the battery aint to good at holding charge.

Just found an old ipod, its the model that looks like the 3 series iphone, would this be ok to use with the phantom or do u think i could have issues, :shock:

I've used an iPod touch 5th gen. with no problems. As long as it's running iOS 6.1 or higher you should't have any issues.

Just be sure to cache your maps before you go to where you will be flying, an iPhone can get them anywhere the ipod needs wifi

Cheers will get it updated! Thinks its still got the original ios from when it was brought before apple made a mess of everything!
