iPhone App 1.0.41 Question

I have not upgraded the iPhone app to the latest 1.0.41 released on June 24,2014. I am running on 1.08 after having flight issues with 2.0. My question is should I upgrade the iPhone app version? Does it work with 1.08? Is there any benefits to upgrading or not upgrading. I looked before posting, but did not find a thread discussing this.

I have all latest updates on my iPhone 5/airframe and trans... Knock on wood I have not had any problems as of yet. 27 flights on updates.

I am happy with the 1.08 version. I don't need the waypoints. I was just wondering if the new version of the iPhone app would work with 1.08, or if I should continue to ignore the update. It is so much easier just to hit "Update All' in the apps.

Wondering the same thing as you. Don't really care for the waypoints yet...
