iPhone and True North

On my iPad Air running iOS 9.2, there is only an ON-OFF switch for Compass Calibration.
There's no compass app or obvious way to manually initiate a compass calibration when desired.

The location of the Compass Calibration Switch in iOS 9.2:
Settings -> Privacy -> Location Services -> System Services (scroll to the bottom to reach it) -> Compass Calibration.
Thanks I just checked and mine has the same option only Compass Calibration and it's on by default. Should I just keep it that way?

You can calibrate the compass like this:

The previous video does work for the iPhone. Unfortunately it doesn't apply to the iPad.
