Will P3P work with ipad 3 (3rd generation). If not, will it it work with Android HTC One M9 mobile?

An iPad 3 will not work. You need an Apple device with an A7 or A8 processor. Or, another device from this list:

Ok so if HTC One M7 is on the list, it's safe to assume that it will work normally with newest M9 also? Anyone tried it with this device so far?
I have the HTC one m9+. The issue I have is that while running the app(Dji pilot and go), switching between map and video makes the video display go blank(no feed). Only way to get the feed again is to select home and re enter camera view again. I'm using an iPad mini 3 now and have no issues.
