You need to say what Phantom you have... Phantom 2 Non-Vision, Vision, etc... If you have a Non-Vision then you can't use an iPad with FPV.

Yes. Look at my signature. There are a ton of posts here about different FPV options. If you are using any kind of GoPro, do not turn on the GoPro WiFi when flying, it will have a great chance of interfering with your controller because the Phantom and GoPro use 2.4GHz.

You'll need some kind of receiver that is capable of playing into the iPad. You're probably better off just buying a receiver/monitor like the Flysight Black Pearl or equivalent.
