IOSD issue

Was working on a guys Phantom II today and one of his problems was this (see below) Anyone ever encounter this? His wiring was spot on but IOSD shows no numerical values.

Has the firmware been updated on the iOSD mini? Only time I've seen missing data is when that hadn't been done yet.
