I keep waiting for the Jailbreak to get released for 9.2 but this makes sense why word is they are working on 10 and 9.3.3 Jailbreaks

So still being an Apple newb I have to ask,will there be any issues with updating now from ios9.1 having missed an update or two?

EDIT: I have iPad Air 2.

No, this should be inclusive... So there shouldn't be any issues.
Apple are pretty good about updates.

I just connected the ipad to the net for the first time in ages and it still says 1 update available and upon checking it is for the 9.3.3 update.
Now my only worry is how will it affect Ground Station,fingers crossed.

If there are any underlying issues, then they will surely be addressed in short order. I too have an iPad Air2 and have never encountered one issue from updates or while flying my Phantom 3 Pro'. ;-)
Instead of knocking on hardwood, I'll just say, it's Brazilliant!! ;-)
