Intermittent gimbal issue

Greeting. Every now and then when I turn on my P4, the gimbal does not initialize properly. It just hangs limp, while the camera does seem to work properly. If I then shut the unit off and restart it, the gimbal then initializes properly. I am wondering if anybody else has noticed this issue.
