Hi.
I have a big problem with Interference from camera to the phone. When I fly and are filming or takes pictures, the picturer is distorted in my phone. So much that I do not see what it's like I'm filming. But the movie or pictures in the machine's memorycard will be as it should. I have used the same phone all the time and settings in the drone without having had this problem before. Have also tried another phone, and connector cable betwen the phone and reciver but it does not help. What can I do to get rid of the problem? Best regards Peter.

Just a thought, have you disabled both WIFI and bluetooth on the mobile device? May not help, but it's something to try. Also you could uninstall DJI go, delete cache files, reboot device, re-install DJI go.

Hello and thank you for your reply. I have disabled the bluetooth but not WIFI. I will try this
immediately and return soon to tell you if that helped.
And yes i have tried to uninstall DJI Go as you say.

similar; video on SD is great ...but garbled video image/display on tablet screen. Occurs with both DJI GO and Litchi apps. Have tried different USB cables also. WiFi and BT off; also in Airplane mode. Connection of transmitter to P3P is fine; can fly/operate and take photos/videos to SD card ...but screen garbles.

I'm having the same issue and using DJI's crystal sky - so if their own screen is doing it then I am guessing it's firmware.

Look at all the warnings for interference - but the signal is allegedly good. Range is also not great.
