    Hi there, very simple question.

I have a phantom FC140 that runs on 5Ghz and I just got some fatshark dominator goggles that also run on 5G, ive changed the channel on the FPV system and the best range(I think Ch7) I can get without the quad going into falesafe is 100ft... im assuming the fatsharks are interfering with the quads radio?

is there anything you can advise I do, can I change my transmitter and receiver for the quad to 2.4? If so where could I buy it from? (UK) just anything to help me get some more range would be really helpful! Thank you. :)

Not really surprising having the video and control on the same channel. The video transmitter will utterly swamp the control signals.
I guess you could buy a receiver and transmitter from an original Phantom 1 (2.4GHz) or just change to a Phantom 2.

You should have gotten 2.4 or 1.3 video... I would return whatever you have now and get something else.

I also have an FC40, but use this and a set of Fatshark Base SDs with it. It's a little bit of overkill, but I was really paranoid about losing video.

Thank you very much for all the suggestions! :) I was silly thinking that I could get away with it :( I might just get a whole new FPV kit and see if that helps. Or Ill change my TX RX for the quad :)

I could do with some help please, on the FC40, I can see the 5Ghz Receiver and it has two plugs on it. My 2.4 Receiver with remote arrived and the Receiver only has place for one of the cables. What do I do? I will attach some photos
