I (accidentally) did a 10000ft flight on stock P3P and almost had a nervous breakdown waiting for RTH! I bet you could go further with that setup. ****
My second flight, the sun was setting and I thought the P3 was pointed in my direction. At first it looked like it was coming towards me and then I lost LOS behing some very tall trees. Turns out it was sailing away. I finally just put it up as high as I could and hit RTH.
That was awesome. Takes some nerve to send it out that far.
Very impressive. Now that I've seen someone else do it, I might have to go try
27,000 feet. All I can say is OMG
What's REALLY impressive is he didn't even go all that high to do it. THAT is impressive!
Could this be a national security issue?
Might increase your sales price!

I ordered one.
Any install videos available yet
I'm interested to hear what type of battery modding this guy did
I'd like to see the DJIFlightRecord....txt log
None, no wind.
Me too. 32% battery left, Full signal and flying in P-GPS mode... Good for business I imagine
32% Bat left????? No wind??? What is he flying a F-16 JET??? I call BS on this one... Nice try tho..
Someone else?? Who????? He is the only person claiming to have done this... and he is the one selling the antennas.... lol
Hmmmm, perhaps I stand corrected. I mapped out his route using Google maps, so unless he did some fancy splicing of the video the distance reported looks kosher. 8.45km as the crow flies (5.25miles).
That's crazy far even if he only had 1% battery left! But 32%...still want to see the log!
It is NOT BS, he is the tester for Itelite. I have this antenna on my P2V3 and it works great.
