IMU Errors - which board to replace?

Hello forum, I need some assistance. I have a P4, and after a crash I am getting IMU errors when I try to calibrate ("Temp out of safe calibration range"). The camera was damaged so I removed that and get the same error. I have also tried refrigerating the copter and then doing the IMU calibration, Same error.

I am thinking I am going to need to replace a circuit board, unless anyone has any suggestions. I have not opened the shell yet, but I will shortly.

Can someone tell me which circuit board the IMU is on? (The controller board or the main board.)

Any help is greatly appreciated.
