IMU and compass calibration

I have a new P3S with only a couple of short flights on it. Everything seems to be working as it should. DJI recommends preforming IMU and compass calibrations on a new bird. Given that you shouldn't fix something that's working, should I do the calibrations? if so, should they be done in any particular order?

Do the calibrations in the following order:

• Calibrate the IMU (even if it's not required)
  Note: See this video for important IMU calibration tips.
  
  
• Calibrate the gimbal
• Calibrate the remote controller (RC)
• Calibrate the compass

Thanks. Followed all the steps above. All went well. Bird still flying great.
