The control of my phantom 4 not want to charge the battery!

What happens when charger is plugged in. Lights? Press firmly and rotate plug into controller port.

When charger is plugged in, only the first light is blinking.

But after a few minutes stops blinking.

How old is the charger/controller? If you just bought it can you return it? The phantom has a 12 month warranty, so DJI would replace it. When its' one light is blinking, rotate the plug in the controller port while pushing in, any change?

Only has two months!!!

I can not return it because I bought it at Best Buy

No change ! as usual

Don't go through Best Buy, go through DJI. You have a
1 year manufacturer warranty.
