I keep getting alerts for every new post in this section how do I turn it off?

Which alert box to I tick off since I keep getting alerts from new posts that I have nothing to do with?

I disabled them in the settings and it didnt seem to stop but if you refresh the threads you can click unwatch thread (top right).
