I can't turn on motors

I bought new the DJI Phantom 2 V2 FPV Video Pro 3Axis ... after few problems as a beginner I learned to calibrate GPS and I tried to start to turn on motors. I pushed and calibrated my Phantom many times per day, but without possibilities to start to turn on motors, except one time at home. But if I turn of motors and I wanted to start motors again, nothing. Of course, my Phantom has green lights after GPS calibration or flashing red, yellow, green, red ... but if I pushed sticks of RC according manual, motors haven't started to work - it is impossible turn on motors.

Check your location on the map here: http://www.dji.com/fly-safe/category-mc If you are close to an airport you may not be able to fly until you move further away. If that's not the issue, and you are sure you are moving both sticks down and towards each other, and you get no error LEDs - only the green flashing - then I'm not sure what the issue could be.
