I can not fly my p3 adv after update

I update my aircraft but i couldn't update the remote control .
And i update the app to dji go .
Now i can not fly and even my RC not connect to the aircraft.

Please help me i have phantom 3 advance and i can only move the gamble [emoji24]

How exactly did you upgrade your aircraft?

How did you attempt to update your remote controller? What made you think the update attempt failed?

The result of update the aircraft saying ( succeed)
But i can't update the remote control . When i blog the USB nothing happened no light change no sound .
Alos when i update the apps from dji polite to dji go . I can't fly and nothing showing in the app only how to connect the aircraft .
Remot control only move the gamble of the camera i can not start the aircraft .

Did you set the USB mode to PTP? I had that problem and once I did this - all worked.

I'm not sure of your device - BUT whatever it is, just do a google search 'how to change configure usb on 'your device''

but basically - go to your settings, select storage, then 'main' or something should lead you to USB - there, you will have two options. you select PTP

You might need to have your RC and device connected at the time so that the device knows what you're trying to do.

I just did it on my Nexus 7 to make sure to tell you all the steps,
Go to 'All Apps' - then 'Settings' then 'Storage' then tap the upper right dots that are 'Menu' - there you will see the usb computer connection!
