I bought "genuine look" batteries. This I got. Pls advise

Hey guys, i bought these from ebay. Shipping was quick inside the US, but since i am in Europe, it took 2months to reach me because of FAA regulations regarding lipo batteries. So they did not want to ship via plane.
So the picture of the product said "genuine oem".
What i received, it does not even have a DJI logo on it.

Furthermore, one of them had been charged 4 times with 99℅ life the other had 8 charges with 98℅ in the past.

You can imagine how satisfied were i am.

So whats your toughts? Should i claim on ebay?

I flew one time per each. I saw an error message but it was kind of ok.

I recharged fully both and charge value did not change... Wierd.
