Huge abandoned brewery (13 acres)

Surprised you didn't lose signal. Cool vid!

That looks like a great place to film, lots of possibilities.
Is permission required to fly there? and if so is it easily obtained?

I've not got permission, purely for the fact it's abandoned so no privacy/data protection laws are being broken. It's a wonderful old place and still want to get down some of the 'streets'. It's pretty well fenced off to keep urban explorer's out but I've seen a video of some people inside.

What bird do you have jskdog?

Phantom 3 advanced, love it but keep looking at the inspire, not sure I would feel as comfortable flying something 3 or 4 times more expensive though.

I hear ya. I have the Advanced as well. Did you use a filter of any kind??

Loved the last one, this is great too !

I'm assuming your on the ground at one end or the other, how do you not lose your signal with all the walls it must travel through ?

Just less then 300m away from the buildings on a little public footpath.

Oh ok. Thought your were closer to the buildings. Looks as though you were LOS.

I think being that bit further away actually helps, you get line of sight for more of the flight.
