I want to recover the flight data stored in the internal memory of the drone. For that I perform the following procedure on the DJIGO app: Parameter > Drone > Advanced Setting > Enter Flight Data Mode, then connect drone to PC via USB. My PC is WINDOWS 10 pro. Normally this operation brings up a new disk (X: DJI FLYLOG The value of letter X: depends on your configuration) . Recently (After an automatic update W10?), it does not work anymore on my PC in W10; but always works in W7. Does anyone know what to do on Windows 10 for it working again? I suspect a security concern on W10! Thank you.
