How to "Reconfigure All Parameters"?

"Make sure to reconfigure all parameters in the assistant software after upgrading firmware, since V3.16 upgrade will reset all parameters."

Could someone please tell me how to do this. I suspect it means I need to recalibrate the IMU and the compass. What else do I need to do?

If I'm not mistaken, I think I actually downloaded a config file from the Phantom page. I think it basically sets everything back to default. Then you would have to go back and set up the way you like.
