How to increase the FPV range

Hi

I'm using a DJI 5.8 transmitter and a Lilliput monitor as the receiver (and mini iOSD for flight stats). I start to lose the picture at about 300 - 350 meters but have found I can fly the Phantom significantly further.

Can anyone please recommend how the range of the transmission of FPV can be increased? I'm guessing I need a different transmitter.

There are a million posts on this forum discussing this topic.
I am afraid you have to just trawl through them and learn as much as you can.
There are multiple ways to increase your range depending on budget and experience.

Usually, but not always, the antennas are the first thing to look at.
