How to identify motor?

Hi there!

I have a P2V (not the plus) what i bought second hand. Now i had a crash and one of my motor is broken, but i can't identify what type of it because it doesn't have any mark or text on it, i guess it a dji 2212 but i'm not sure.

On the 2312 motors two of the prop studs are all black, the other two are silver.

On the 2212 motors there is just a little black dot on the top of the prop studs.

Oh, another question: The black dot one is a CW motor, and the silver is the CCW?

Just an info. I bought an aftermarket motor and the rotation is the opposite of the genuine one. I mean the coloring of the motor, so the CW is the grey and the CCW is the black one. Be aware!

Note that the rotation direction is determined by how you hook up the wires. But the screw direction on the prop threads do affect which kind of props you can attach.

Also note that the 2212/2312 motors are easy to distinguish by looking at the base. The 2212 have the rounded base that blends into the outrunner body. The 2312 have the base that looks like distinct feet separate from the body.
