The best way is to transfer video files from SD card to 4k TV. How to do that depends on interface and devices you have. Maybe your TV can read SD card directly if so great. Otherwise you may have to use a computer to transfer files.
I found not only do I not have a way to watch 4K, most of my devices don't like 1080p60. So to watch video I have to transfer video from SD card to usb drive using computer, the plug USB drive into bluray player connected to 1080ptv.
