I live in Australia and we don't have a local DJI support no.
Thankfully though, although it took a few days DJI just emailed me a new QR code and it works so I'm wrapped.
Yeah a lot of time wasted but unfortunately here in Aus its not as easy as picking up the phone unless you want to call the states and be prepared to be on hold for a while as others have suggested.
Anyway problem solved, thanks everyone for all your efforts trying to help.
