I'd like to know too, but I don't think there is any datalogging facility in the standard product.
It should be fairly easy to add a dedicated flight logger, or possibly patch into the on-board gps and store the data coming out of it, on it's way to the flight controller.
Adding a dedicated flight logger seems a bit daft as you'd end up with two gps units in the bird!
