How to distinguish SAFE from UNSAFE "lipo safe bags"?

Hi all,

I bought a Lipo Safe bag for about 10 dollars today. I see there are some for 3$ and some for 30$. I also see some burn very well when tested on youTube. How to know if a safe bag is safe?
