Deleting photos from the micro memory disk that comes with the quad should not be so difficult. I can copy or transfer them to any file, just can't clear the disk for new images.

Anyone have any suggestions other than formatting the disk.

Thanks

I use my PC,
I transfer all images/videos to my external hard drive using
RIGHT CLICK " CUT " then RIGHT CLICK " PASTE " In external
Hard drive, doing this will automatically delete file from card,
as it transfers it to the external HD. ( NOTE: to speed things up
HOLD DOWN " CONTROL ( CTRL ) " key, then highlight all files you
Want to transfer from sd card and you can do multiple transfers at once!
Now if you choose RIGHT CLICK " COPY " it makes a copy of it to
External HD, and leaves a copy in SD CARD, you'll need to open sd
File and use RIGHT CLICK " DELETE " to delete them, ( NOTE: you can
Also use the HOLDDOWN " CTRL " button gimmick here as well!
I believe the only way to delete through APP, is formatting!

Hope this helps!

I know how to cut and paste. That is not what I am addressing. There is no option to cut highlighted images when I right click. That is the issue at hand. I have that same issue with every micro disk. See image below.

I have also googled this issue and many others have the same problem. I have also already copied and pasted the images into a folder, I just want to delete those on the disks I have so I can re-use the disks.

Very odd the delete isn't an option in your context menu.

Have you tried the Delete button on your keyboard? That should work.
