How long for repair?

    I recently got my P3A the other day and only got 1 flight out of it before getting a compass error that I can't fix, so I'm shipping it out to them tomorrow. I don't know if it's going to be repaired or exchanged but has anyone done this before? What for and how long did it take?

    Sorry to break it to you... But it's going to take a loooong time... With no communication from them to you. It will take months for you to get it back at all. If you really want one... It sucks, but you might have to buy another one to fulfill your needs. Best way would be to have the credit card company cancel the charge and you return it rather than dealing with DJI's joke of a technical support process.

    I've dealt with the repair center in Germany, and they generally take around 15-20 working days. I'm assuming you're sending it to a different location, but I'd suggest making a note of an RMA number from DJI. That way, you can quote it if you ask for a status update.
