For Dji to reply to an email so I can return my P2V?

I received my P2V on 4/2/14 and I want to return it. I sent them an email to the email address for returns and refunds. I bought it directly from Dji. Let me know if you know or if anyone has returned directly back to Dji?

Perhaps call them at the number listed on this webpage: http://www.dji.com/support

You should certainly be able to return it considering it wasn't opened, and it's well within 15 days of receiving the item.


Worst case: Take it to a local dealer, explain your situation, maybe they will give you a credit for the purchase price to go towards the PV2+.

I emailed the us.support email address after not hearing back from online sales. I did get a auto reply since they were closed and they said they would be contacting me. I'll give them until the end of business today before I call. All I need to know is where to ship it back too for a refund. I am well with their 10 business day window.

Why not offer it for sale here on the board?
If the box is unopened, then it would be like buying from a dealer.
Offer it for a $100 less than what you paid for it, add $20 for shipping and handling.
 
It took a week for them to email me back . I'm sure they have a lot of people trying to contact them
