I assume there must be an info screen that tells you what FW you are on. But can't find it.
Same for the battery. How do I check?

Check on 'about' far having selected the drop down on right corner settings (cog wheel)

You will only find the DJI GO version and Phantom firmware version in the "About" section of the DJI GO app. The battery firmware version is not display anywhere. If the remote controller is not up-to-date, you'll see a message to update to the latest firmware version.

Thanks. Reason I asked is just got P3 back from repair and my guy size they would update. And I updated to Go yesterday.
When I put in each of my 4 batteries I expected to get some flashing lights on battery as they updated- but none of them did. Started up fine and batteries all stayed solid green.
Today I'll take it out for test flight after repair.
