how come i can see video on dji app but there is nothing on Sd card

yesterday i had a fly with my phantom 3 pro,( good weather sunny almost no wind ) when i came back home there was some footage missing on my sd card ( i should have something like 16 files of .mov but actually i had 10).
i checked on my dji app i could watch all 16 .mov) why this happened i used this same card before (64 gb) all software is updated , i do format sd card before each fly like is empty . i didn't change any settings, never crashed

2nd
problem ( from yesterday too ) is - when i'm recording footage sometimes it allow me to do 20 - 30 sec long film and stoping - i need to press rec button to record again. its quite annoying - it didn't happen before to me.

Any bright idea guys

crappy sd card or you're forgetting to push record in the air. But the 20 seconds and stop sounds like SD card issue. Are you using stock card or another one?

What are the read/write specs, on your new 64gb sd card?
It has to be as fast as your stock card that the drone was shipped with.
