How can a Micro-SD card affect the camera video feed?

The video best describes the issue I was facing. It was like the phone would connect/disconnect/connect/disconnect all the time.

After I turned everything off and then back on, my first thought was of course a faulty WiFi module. Wouldn't you think the same?
Well, the issue was fixed for good, when I removed the micro SD card. It seems that somehow it affected the camera feed. Weird! :roll:

Do you know how can a micro SD card affect the bird's camera like that?
Did it had to be formatted in a specific format? Or be a apecific class?

Anyway, good to know. I just saved some money on a new WiFi module.

I believe that I have read on here where folks were getting interference once they started recording with the camera, and since you can't record without an SD card inserted perhaps the issue is recording versus having the SD card inserted. I just don't see having the SD card in as having anything to do with this. At least that give you something else to search on.

I wasnt recording. The SD was in the slot. Once removed the problem was solved.

That is weird. I have no idea then. Maybe try a different SD card and see if you get the same results?
