When I do CSC, I get gps and it's greens, but I don't get a voice saying "home point recorded". I know it do a it automatically, but normally it says it right?

It is an ongoing issue. Several have reported the problem.

It seems to be a random thing. Mine says it sometimes, sometimes it doesn't and other times it is broken up. She might just say "Home" and the rest is garbled.

It's probably as Phantom2 says above.
Look down in the bottom of your screen at the telemetry.
Before you have home point recorded it shows N/A for distance:
But when you get GPS it will show the distance from home like this:
That is the distance from home and proves that home has been recorded.
Same here with P3A, either Litchi or go Ms.P does NOT say- Home point recorded, First word from Ms.P is distance from home point & it shows in blue so I assumed all was okay.(Tested by RTH function working perfectly)
