Help with Training videos

Hi, I'm relatively new to Phantoms and have only done about 5 or 6 flights. I have the P2 Vision+
I believe there are DJI training videos , but where are they , do you have to buy them and I looked for them on this Forum but haven't found them . Apart from that is there software that allows you to use the Radio Controller to practice on your computer ?

Ok - I have been taking my time and I'm slowly orienting myself into the basic flying that DJI provide.
