Can anyone help my son has bought a m tech spy drone it was flying fine but now when placed on ground it doesnt apear to want to lift off ground despite rotors going round ?

Battery charged...underneath drone itself one of four arms is solid red...another arm solid red...one are solid blue ...and last arm mo light at all...plus one solid blue light on undrrneath camera ?

I would check that all the rotors are secure nd all motors are free to move, if one is loose or the motor is not running free the it won't lift. This maybe the reason why one led is not lit. The same thing happened to my mtech sky drone pro and I found I needed to replace the motor, a very simple and cheap fix. However my LED'S did all work as normal.
