Help with my Gimbal

Can someone tell me What is wrong with this Gimbal, I plug the battery and after that start going crazy.
Heres the video:

Also the guy who sold me this on his website he mention about a button on the controller board:
1 clicks calibrate ACC
2 clicks calibrate gyro

I tried this but same results.

Try rotating the part with camera on 360 degrees, you could hold it level as it starts too.
