I have a 3+ black and cant get any decent pictures or videos out of this at night. I know it wont be perfect but mine is unusable. I seen people do it on here for night time but I find the right settings. Do you lower the fps???

I think a lot of the good night shot GoPro videos on youtube have a bit of post editing done to them.
I made a pretty good fireworks video, little editing, but I did notice shots of rural areas were not very good and would need some more editing.
There are tons of settings in Premiere for example. You can download a free trial and try it out. You should be able to easily get rid of the noise and bring out some colors, maybe sharpen it a bit.
Make sure you're filming in Protune and flat color if you do decide to try it. But remember, the shots will look horrible out of the camera and all the magic is in the editing.
