Help with Edimax WiFi range extender

Purchased a Edimax EW-741AP Wireless Range extender but having problems connection to my SJ4000 Wifi camera. I tried first with my FC40 camera and without much problem it worked. Now with the SJ4000 on Gimbal can't get it to connect, I assume its because the SJ4000 has a password but tried many combinations of setup still the Wifi will not connect through the Extender to my iPad.

Has anyone completed this OR with a Gopro and Edimax ? If settings please?

After a good session with the setup of this WiFi extender I have cracked it. Gopro & SJ4000 camera transmit their own IP address Sub address and Router address. The Wifi extender receives and boosts this data signal so at my iPad / phone I had to enter this data against the extender output name (I renamed GoPro A & SJ4000 A ) You find this info by selecting the wifi signal from the cameras on your tablet then edit the extender setup. Simple when you know how !!

Now to test the range, I trust some of you already figured this out but for those of you who buy an extender.
