Fornat SD in phantom, preferably a different card. Make sure firmware is up to date. Try a reflash if on latest version anyway. If no joy you need a new camera. Thats where it ended for me.

Just a thought, are all of the cables that you can see fully seated? I agree on formatting the SD card from within the app as a first measure; maybe try another card as well if you have access to one. That's a strange fault.

    Guys - thanks the responses.

Finally found the FIX from process of elimination.

-DJI live chat.. After 20 minutes, I asked "so... Can you point me in the right general direction of what to possibly look for? Specific cables, software, SD card? "
DJI: " sorry we can't support at home repair"
Response: "so this 20-30 minutes of explaining the issue is for you to tell me to send in for service kind of thing or you don't have a thought or suggestion as to the root cause?"
DJI: "a send it in for service sort is thing"
    No way that was happening...
    -Reset all settings
    -New SD card
    -replaced both gray gimbal wires....
    And then the fix...
    -of course, the ribbon Cable!

There was a VERY small tear in one of the corners on the ribbon that was difficult to see, but that's what was causing the video issues. Crazy how sensative these thing are.

Look very close and you'll see the copper:
