Hello everyone,

Today i was flying my p4p and I hit a tree with a alltitde of less than 2m and the drone hit the ground on the back, the propereller was all good but the gimbal yaw broken.

The gimbal can not turn right or left, sometimes shakes and sometimes doesn't move, I don't know if I have to replace the Yaw arm or there is something else, Please help me with this problem.

Back side picture of the gimbal, the gimbal arm seems to be not straight.

Try a gimbal recalibration.. And maybe a IMU recalibration.. Hope this helps

You should change the Yaw Motor and Calibrate the IMU and Camera will fix this, as my many experiences.

Have a look at the black rubber o-ring around the turret to see if that is positioned properly , sometimes on a crash these can be misaligned leading to some friction while the gimbal turns

Since you will most probably be replacing the yaw motor, I try and gently hold and twist the gimbal turret in the opposite direction when the AC is on.
You will feel some resistance just go slightly beyond this point to re-centre the camera. Do this in little steps until you are happy with the camera position.
This was an option provided byDJI for a similar problem.

Then I would do a gimbal calibration with the aircraft in this position
