I landed in Water!
I was flying very over a very low stream, battery and signal were fine I was only about 5 meters away, when It just went lower and shut off. I am wondering if it registered the ground and not the water so it thought it was on the ground.
The battery didn't get wet just the gimble and sensors etc.

Can I open it to dry it it will it dry if I just leave for a day, or if I start to fly with droplets inside it will do more damage?

Any ideas?

Personally I would open it, carefully try to remove excess water and leave to dry (maybe several days) before inserting the battery and trying to fire-up.

Not how I want to see my drone after 1 week. Hopefully it will dry out

Place it in a sealed bag with lots of uncooked rice (at least 4 cups) in the bottom of the bag, do not cover the parts with the rice. The rice will absorb the humidity, it will take several days to a week. If silt got in the finner parts rinsing with distiled water will help.
