Help: P3 Battery Won't Update

Updated my P3 with latest firmware a couple weeks ago. The battery I used for the update, updated fine, but when I inserted my other battery, it won't accept the update. I get a green light on the gimbal but still says "battery requires update". Anyone else have this problem, and know how to fix it?

Probably a silly question, but have you deleted the update file from your sd card?

You go through the same steps as when you updated the quad. Start the process again with the second battery in.

Yes I did all that, and no its not a silly question!! Stuff like that happens. But I'm not really sure why it won't update the battery. Gimbal light is solid green, indicating it is updated, but in the app it still says battery requires update

Which firmware are you attempting to install? Does the gimbal light alternate between red and green while you think it's installing? Or, is the light always solid green?

Charge the battery again and then try.
